Our Space
Tether Collective is a ~2,000 sq ft creative studio designed for comfort, flexibility, and collaboration. With soaring ceilings, abundant natural light, a full kitchen, two bathrooms, a client lounge, and an outdoor balcony, it’s built to support productions of all sizes.
South-facing floor-to-ceiling windows offer beautiful daylight with blackout and silk diffusion options. We’re located in a gated complex between I-280 and US-101 — easy access, secure parking.
Available for daily photo and video rentals, with on-site grip, surface and prop library, and equipment list on hand — just show up and shoot. On non-rental days, the space transforms into a co-working hub and test-shoot haven.
